The User Journey – Optimized

The user journey can be customized to meet your requirements and the preferences of your employees and customers. The fundamental steps when utilizing WaalaGO Scan & Go are as follows:

Store Entry

The customer enters the store. The WaalaGO Scan & Go customer app automatically recognizes the store through the store's built-in Bluetooth Beacon or can be accessed by scanning the custom store QR code as required.

Product Scan

The customer starts their in-store journey by scanning products and adding them to their basket.

Payment

The customer completes payment within the app and receives an Exit QR Code. The app prompts the customer to present the Exit QR Code to the staff at the exit gate.

Success & Receipt

After successfully completing the shopping journey, the WaalaGO Staff App displays a success screen upon scanning your Exit Code. Simultaneously, the customer app shows a success screen and downloads the receipt. Optionally, the WaalaGO Staff App can also display a screen listing all purchased products.
